CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Balance Bootcamp
A fun class in which students work individually and in teams to improve body balance, stability and agility. Exercises are utilized to strengthen and tone muscles, while improving stability and coordination. Ongoing participation in class reduces the risk of falling, and enhances the potential for engagement in a wide range of activities.
Senior Stretch
Senior Stretch and Placement class is specifically designed to realign the skeletal system, while gently toning and elongating muscles.
Elite Senior Fit
This class combines stretching, weight work, cardio and mat work at a higher functioning pace. Elite Senior Fit class is an hour and fifteen minutes long.
Senior Fit
Senior Fit combines gentle stretching, abdominal work, weight work and cardio with memorable songs and groovy steps.
Contemporary Dance
This class will introduce foundational movements of contemporary technique, with an emphasis on improvisation.
Introduction to Ballet
Ballet is the foundation of any great dancer! This course will strengthen the core, introduce vocabulary and movement qualities that transcend to other forms of dance.
Mat Core Fusion
This class creates a safe environment to explore passive stretching, infused with core exercises to increase mobility, flexibility and strength.
